CLAIMING PROMOTIONAL OFFER

WAGERING REQUIREMENTS/EXCLUSIONS 

• Winnings from these spins will be issued as a casino bonus and carry a 10X play-through requirement. 

• Winnings from these spins will not be issued until all of the spins have been used.  

• Spins are worth $0.2 each. 

• Casino bonus dollars and any winnings from casino bonus dollars cannot be cashed out until the 10X play-through requirements are met.  For example: Player selects a campaign that has a 10X play-through requirement, player makes a $10 deposit and gets a $10 bonus. Player must wager $200 to cash out the winning.

ORDER OF FUNDS USED FOR WAGERING 

• When a Bonus is issued, the bonus amount and an equal amount from related deposit (if applicable), is placed in restricted balance. This money can only be used for wagers and cannot be withdrawn till the required wagering requirement is completed. When a wager is placed, money is taken from the Restricted Deposit amount first before using the Restricted Bonus. Any winnings from wagers first replenish the Restricted Bonus up to the amount of original issued bonus amount. Any amount still left from the winnings, is used to replenish the Restricted Deposit up to the amount of original restricted deposit amount. Any amount still left from the winnings is added to the Winnings under the Restricted amount. Upon completion of wagering requirements, any Restricted Bonus and Restricted Winnings will be credited to the player’s Cash balance. Also, the Restricted Deposit amount is released of restrictions and is available for wagers and withdrawals.

RESTRICTIONS ON WITHDRAWALS 

• Casino bonus dollars and deposit are non-withdrawable until the 10x  playthrough requirement has been fulfilled 

CANCELLATION  

• Participants may cancel their bonus by contacting Stardust Player Support. Upon request for cancellation, we will inform the player of the amount of unrestricted funds that will be returned upon cancellation and the value of restricted funds that will be removed from the player’s account. If the player elects to proceed with cancellation, unrestricted funds remaining in a player’s account will be returned in accordance with the terms and conditions.
